Reservations
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
  • Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:30 am.
  • No pets. No Smoking. Pets or Smoking indoors will result in a Minimum $500 additional fee.
  • Lodging rates are based on maximum occupancy, not per person or per room; there are no additional charges per person.
  • Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
  • 50% deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Lodging Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full to guarantee reservation.
  • Once we have secured the deposit and finalized the agreement your dates are reserved immediately.
  • We accept all forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date are subject to charges equal to the full rental price for time reserved.
  • Cancellations received in writing 30 or more days prior to reservation arrival date are subject to a $200 booking fee.
  • All applicable refunds will be made only after cancelled dates have been rebooked.
  • All charges resulting from cancellations will be charged to the credit card used a the time of reservation.
  • ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN WRITING AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $200 BOOKING FEE.
Security Deposit
  • Security deposits are NOT required, however damages or lodges requiring excessive repairs or additional cleaning services may result in additional charges. These charges will be applied directly to the credit card used for reserving the lodge.
To Make Reservation
  1. Use the form on our Contact page request a reservation date. Please have the following information available:
    1. Contact name
    2. Home address
    3. Primary phone number
    4. Alternate phone number
    5. Valid credit card information
      (Card number, Expiration, Name on card, Billing address & zip)
    6. Valid E-mail address
      (this is required to receive registration agreement documents)
    7. Requested dates
      (Subject to availability at time of deposit to guarantee dates)
    8. Number of guests
  2. You will receive an e-mail containing 2 contracts. Rental Agreement and Rules and Regulations
  3. Print, Read and Sign each agreement.
  4. Return by fax to 913-721-5134 or Mail to: Jeff Grable, 5843 N. 131st Street, Kansas City, KS 66109
  5. You will receive an e-mail about 45 days prior to arrival reminding of your balance due.
  6. After final payment is received you will receive detailed instructions to the lodge along with the door lock entry code.

Once we send the agreement your dates are reserved immediately. No other person can reserve the same dates. Any cancellation after agreement has been sent is subject to cancellation policy.
